DSSI is committed to providing the highest levels of quality service to our customers through the DSSI Customer Care Program (CCP). This program allows DSSI to monitor the interaction processes between DSSI, the institution and the plan underwriting/administering company.

DSSI makes it a top priority to work with you every step of the way, satisfying all your student insurance needs. School administrators, students and parents are provided a toll-free number to knowledgeable Student Insurance Advisors that will handle all questions and concerns related to the student insurance plan(s). DSSI will streamline those processes pertaining to plan implementation and maintenance, allowing for a reduction in workload for the designated school representative(s).

Satisfaction Surveys:
DSSI distributes optional customer satisfaction surveys via email throughout the coverage year, allowing those associated with the plan to give feedback on how sufficiently DSSI and the plan administering company are maintaining the plan.

Web Page:
The DSS Insurance web development team will create and maintain a page specifically for the school where critical insurance information can be acquired by administrators, students and parents. Information will include insurance brochures, coverage specifications, benefit levels, local provider networks, claim forms, and claim submission instructions.

Annual Review:
DSSI and the associated MGA will conduct an annual review and appraisal of the insurance program. The review will disclose program performance and allow for recommendations to be given to the school on topics, such as enrollment options, coverage levels, plan benefits and deductible amounts. Through effective plan management and reviews, long-term relationships can be created, costly increases in premiums can be reduced and increased student-body wellness can be achieved.
